The winner will be selected by a panel of judges based on the applicants work in community power thus far as well as the uniqueness and thoroughness of answers to the questions below. Winners will be notified via email and receive an all expenses paid video production valued between $3,000 - $10,000. Contest is being held by the Community Power Network.
