Across the country, people are joining forces to deliver a unified message to President Obama and Congress: We need jobs, not wars!
So far, nearly 25,000 people have signed on, and we’re asking Wage Peace supporters to push this number over the edge by signing the petition today – our goal is to reach 50,000 signatures in the next 29 days.
You stepped up to the task last week when we asked you to email Congress with our vision for a better budget. Together, over 1,300 Wage Peace supporters reached every member of Congress.
For Washington to reach a budget deal that reflects the values of justice, compassion, and peace, we have to keep the pressure on in the next three months.
