Urge House of Representatives to Pass Immigration Bill

Leadership in the House of Representatives has indicated that they will approach immigration reform with piecemeal legislation, rather than the broad comprehensive approach the Senate used in passing S. 744, the bipartisan immigration bill.

The piecemeal approach will fall short of our nation’s needs, and we strongly believe Congress must address the immigration issue with a comprehensive bill. However, whatever the approach, the House needs to pass something that can be used to reconcile differences with the recently-passed Senate legislation, and ultimately get immigration reform passed into law.

Please take a moment today to write your House representative to urge him/her to support a commonsense immigration process that works for all of us.
